• Rev. Jaison Koonanickal has been recalled by the Eparchy of Mississauga effective June 4, 2026 to accept another ministry in the Eparchy.

Retirements:

• Rev. Jim Willick will retire from parish ministry effective June 18, 2026.

Appointments:

• Rev. Magnus Ikeri, SDV is appointed Parochial Vicar at Our Lady of the Assumption (Stratford), St. Joachim (Vernon River), St. Cuthbert’s (St. Theresa’s), St. Andrew’s (Mount Stewart), and St. Patrick’s (Fort Augustus) effective June 18, 2026 until August 12, 2026. He is then appointed Parochial Vicar at St. Mary’s (Souris), St. Charles Borromeo (St. Charles), St. Margaret of Scotland (St. Margaret’s), and St. Columba (Fairfield) effective August 13, 2026.

• Rev. Jijimon Maliakkal, SJ is appointed Chaplain of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital effective June 8, 2026.

• Rev. Christian Mbara is appointed Parochial Administrator of St. Francis of Assisi (Cornwall), St. Anne (Emyvale), and St. Martin (Cumberland) effective June 18, 2026.

• Rev. Martins Meshor is appointed Parochial Vicar at Our Lady of the Assumption (Stratford), St. Joachim (Vernon River), St. Cuthbert’s (St. Theresa’s), St. Andrew’s (Mount Stewart), and St. Patrick’s (Fort Augustus) effective August 13, 2026.

• Rev. Benedict Olelewe, SDV is appointed Parochial Administrator of Our Lady of the Assumption (Stratford) and St. Joachim (Vernon River) effective June 18, 2026 in addition to his current appointments.

• Rev. Jacques Rigaud is appointed Parochial Vicar of St. Pius X (Charlottetown) effective June 18, 2026.
