Signing up for FORMED is quick and easy. Just follow the instructions below:

How do parishioners register for an account?

Registering for Formed is easier than ever:
1. Go to formed.org/signup (where you are automatically redirected to the AI sign in page)

2. Enter your email and click “Next”

3. Enter your name, agree to the Terms of Use, and click “Sign Up”

4. Select your parish by entering the parish postal code (C1A 5P2), then click “Sign Up”

5. You will then be taken to the main Formed site and should be automatically signed in and be able to access all the content

How do parishioners log into Formed that previously had access?

1. Go to formed.org
2. In the upper right corner, select “Sign In.”
3. If you are already actively logged on, you will be brought to the main Formed site.
4. If you are not logged on, the system will invite you with a password or 6-digit code.

There is also a FORMED app available for download for Apple or Android devices.
